Our 3-month Intensive Realtor Personal Development Training...

...supports real estate professionals in their efforts to deepen their self awareness and teaches them how to better serve their clients. Through individual coaching sessions, ongoing e-mail support and small group workshops participants become inspired and learn to inspire others.

The training includes three full day workshops, tele-classes and individual coaching calls. Our intent is to create a highly individualized experience for the participants, thus we accept only up to five realtors per training.

The workshops are broken down into segments of experiential learning facilitated through Equine Inspired Coaching, lectures, creative vision work and coaching sessions.

The tele-classes will offer lectures and group discussions.

The individual coach calls will serve any personal or business matters in need to be addressed.
